CumQuaT
Anyone who has talked to M'Aiq on the north-eastern islands off the northern coast of Morrowind (and payed him enough money) will have read about the hidden place under the western oceans of Morrowind named after the Daedric God, Boethiah. Now I know M'Aiq lies through his teeth, but is this place real? It is said that a magical sword rests there. AND I WANTS IT, PRECIOUS! (Whoa! Genre mixup!) Any help guys? ObsidianKnight
Yes, the place is real. Now, get out your paper map. There are 2 Xs, one near Gnaar Mok, and one near Hla Oad. I believe the the one near Gnaar Mok (SW) is the shrine. If I'm wrong, then its the one near Hla Oad (NW). SPOILER!!! The shrine is totally sunken, and very damaged. You need to search for the statue's head to get Boetiah's quest for the sword. I recommend bringing many potions of waterbreathing.
Malchik
Find the Daedric Shrine north west of Hla Oad and swim west of the entrance. You will find the broken shrine to Boethiah almost immediately. To activate it, find the head of the statue. Moving to spoilers.
Bad_Skeelz
First off, everything M'aiq says is true. Mudcrabs do run Pelegaid and don't take kindly to intrusions on their Cartel. Those Dark Brotherhood assasins who come after you? Its because youve killed so many of their agents across the Island, thats why. Secondly, M'aiq like every other NPC in Morrowind gives horrible directions, in the sense that they are vague and will quite often lead to your death. A better way to find the tomb is to go to the Daedric Shrine Ashurinibihibijibies, sometthing like that its just north of Hla Oad on a peninsula, before that Nord bandit. You should see a plank bridge leading west before you see that guy. Anyway, After you reach the far edge of Ashurinibi jump into the water and swim south/southwest, looking for Daedric towers completely underwater. You should still be able to see Ashurinibi from the underwater ruins. After you locate them swim around looking for the legs of a statue. Between the legs is the head of Boethiath who will give you the quest.
cmac
 I hope to God you're kidding. Mudcrabs do not run Pelagiad, nor are the DB assassins out to kill you for your repeated slayings of their agents, nor 'intrusions on their cartel.' M'Aiq not only gives horrible directions, but all but one of his topics are complete hogswash- just added to bufuddle players.
Malchik
M'Aiq not only gives horrible directions, but all but one of his topics are complete hogswash- just added to bufuddle players. All but two - Boethiah's shrine and the talking mudcrab.
Blackmage
Mudcrabs DO run Peligrad. And it'd be best if you'd recognize their power, or else they'll send the Dark Brotherhood after you...
mackcowanii
The Shrine is west in water off the Deadric Shrine near Hia Oad......and the mighty mudcrabs will never beat the might of FARGOTH!
