Easy enough, go get the 'relationships' mod in the 'immersion' section. Case the spell on someone, and you got yourself a lover! To be honest, cba to give you a direct link, but it is in the immersion section. Hope I helped slightly.

Oh, as for the companion thing, just use the mod on a male companion.
