Random CTD´s

My problem is that FoNV crashes randomly on me, usually while travelling outdoors or transitioning areas. Downloaded and installed the last mod versions , so as the latest videocard drivers. If anyone can help me with this I'd be really grateful, I really feel like playing New Vegas but the crashing is making it hard.
