Only one that alters explosives is EVE which changes how they look.I'll go through and read all the descriptions again to make sure. Thanks for the replies people. J4Boaz Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 Dont know about NewVegas.But in F3 they disarm same as frag or other .. just take longer as Marharth said. i dropped 20 or so in presidential tunnels[with a plasma beside each] in f3.. they were a BIG help. only got 6 back but wasted the ghouls.
