Questions on Body Mods

Hey guys I just started modding and in the process of making the game more realistic I stumbled upon "body mods".

Currently, the main three I'm looking at are :

 

Dimonized

Exnem

Beware of Girl

 

I am aware they are not compatible with each other.

 

However, in the description for "Beware of Girl" it says "This is a full Type 3 replacement so is to be used only with Type 3 associated armor and costume mods." I now have a few questions after reading that :

 

1.Does this mean vanilla armor(s) won't work with any of those mods? Only problem I can think of is that the extra bust would have possible clipping issues.

 

2.I realized there are many modded armors for "Type 3" bodies; is this just due to the modding community's preference? What happens if you use one of these "Type 3" armors without a body mod?

 

3.Is there a difference between a "full Type 3 replacement" and a "Type 3 replacement?" Only "Beware of Girl" states in its description that it is a "full replacement." Currently I am assuming all 3 of those mods change female character's body's shapes (both when with and without armor, primarily in the form of breast size) and make their default models nude (e.g. when you take all of someone's items).

Hi,

 

1. Vanilla Armor will still work but they will not show your new body form and textures. You will be ugly again if you wear them :))

But there are replacers like this one to correct that :)

 

2. Exactly, Type 3 is the popular one. Without the Body mod those modded Armors will not find the needed skin textures... However this does not matter whith armors not showing any skin like full body suits.

 

3. I think, in case of Beware..., Full means she incorporated some addons into her mod, like small shoulders and manicured hands. I personally can fully recommend BlackBlossoms packages. Just pick one you like (I use HD Berry :) ) and you are good to go.
