OBGE Color Problem

Hey guys I have small problem with OBGE 2

I re-installed my Oblivion (removed all ini files etc )

but when I enable "ColorEffect " my game looks like this..

I checked and everything is set to "default "

 

after poking around I mange to change it to this

But no matter what I do I can't get it to "normal "

 

Every other shader workins without problem.

 

Anyone have idea how to reset it ? or change to real "defaut " ?
