A Few Problems

I haven't really been able to get into Oblivion, then I found a huge list of recommended mods, Several of them are having conflicts though I can not figure out why since my mod conflict generator says the only mods that are conflicting involve books, meanwhile flora has disappeared. But before we get to that I'm trying to use Dark's UI and my comp won't let me change my .ini file to match, This will start me down the path of correcting the conflicts and problems I"m having so if anyone has any ideas please post them here.
