Aviator8492 Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 Hey everyone I'm having a serous issue with New Vegas and I was hoping someone on here could help me out since I've basically exhausted what little I know of this kind of thing. The problem I'm having is whenever I start up the game proper (ie load a save, continue, or start a new) I get caught in an infite loop of my screen fading to black followed by a ghouls scream then it comes back to the game with nothing having changed and then between 3-7 seconds later it happens again to infinity and the longer it goes on the shorter the time between the events if that means anything. The problem started up right after installing the newest edition of NVSE and Old World Blues. The major modifications that I have are New Vegas Bounties 1 and 2 (although the problem happens weather or not they are active), Book of Earache, The Yangtze Bunker mod, The New Bison Steve Hotel, Caliber X, and War Never Changes(although it has been inactive the whole time). Is this an error with NVSE and OWB, a glitch anyone else has experianced, or is this unique to me? I really need some help and any that anyone could give would be greatly appriciated. koukouroukou1 Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 I haven't experienced the problem myself but way too many peoples has this problem so I cannot personally vouch for the solution, but this is supposed to fix it: Beatrix Bug Script Removed UPDATED.it will should do the trick... But from me is that.Beware.I wouldn't use that "bug fix" until the author fixes or update his own file. It contains all vanilla scripts,so watch where you put it in your load order because it will be confilict with all the other mods that change the vanilla scripts....
