GothikaGeist
I have re-installed the game over and over. The last time I uninstalled I deleted everything that had to do with Fallout New Vegas including all of my mods and Save Data. A complete clean install. Registries are clean as well. Not using RadeonPro or anything like that. Only using Game Booster which has never caused this before. I was wondering if using the NV Configurator after multiple re-installs/un-installs could cause this, but I doubt it.
GothikaGeist
I am playing on a 800x600 resolution. Though I don't remember the game looking this ugly.

MoonHoplite
I had this problem too. It had to do with the settings I put in ATI tray tools for my video card.
GothikaGeist
O.o Is that so? I did run RadeonPro and the ATI Catalyst. Any more info you have on that?
