Fallout 4 CTD on startup of game

I tried installing nexus mod manager to add mods to Fallout 4 and even without mods installed it crashes. If I completely uninstall NMM, it will still crash even after verifying integrity off game cache through steam. I I completely uninstall NMM and Fallout 4, restart my computer, and reinstall Fallout 4; then it will work. I have tried every thing I could find with a google search to attempt to fix it but nothing has worked.

 

I am using

Windows 10

i7-4771 3.5GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

Now something interesting has happened, Nexus Mod Manager was open and my Antivirus, Avast, detected malware called

http://a.pomff.hummingbird.moe/ifgogt.png < (don't click that)

which was found in

c:\programfiles\Nexus Mod Manager\NexusClient.exe

So I figured out the problem, avast was detecting NMM as malware and diasbling Avast would allow me to start Fallout 4 with mods without a problem, hopefully this might help some people.
