Getting use out of Zeta's Earth Scenery?

I am not sure if others had made threads about this before, and I tried searching and came up with no luck. I am new to the Geck in the sense that I have not really done a lot of cell creating and landscape editing.. I also have minimal experience with scripting, however that isn't relevant in this post. I am trying to learn how to utilize Mothership Zeta's view of earth and outer space for use with my own personal space station house. How exactly do you create a "skybox" and place a station inside of it with windows that can overlook outer space?
