How do you modifiy an NPC's appearance?

I've acquired a companion from a mod and they're totally butt-ugly and I can't stand looking at their homely mug. How can I change their appearance so I don't vomit every time I look at them? :)

 

I'm hoping there's a way to do it through an interface like the ShowRaceMenu command; whether its access through the CS or through a console command, doesn't matter to me :D

If it's from a mod, you would have to open that mod in the CS as active and edit the NPC from there.
