Dan3345
I did a clean install of fallout new vegas and loaded up my save, after a few problems of missing some masters I got it sorted out and working, only problem now is my darnified UI HUD should look like this but instead it is the normal huge ugly text of the vanilla game. I changed the Fonts in the .ini as I have countless time before and nothing. Also I got the version from here which I thought was the most up to date version of it, however I remember there being a plugin for darnified UI something which this download did not include. I do have the plugin, but with it on the text looks no different other than the style and color changes, the size stays the same. Am I just on the out of date version? scrivener07
Did you add the ini tweak to the Font header to look like this.. [Fonts] ;sFontFile_1=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Monofonto_Large.fnt sFontFile_1=Textures\Fonts\DarN_FranKleinBold_14.fnt ;sFontFile_2=Textures\Fonts\Monofonto_Large.fnt sFontFile_2=Textures\Fonts\DarN_FranKleinBold_16.fnt sFontFile_3=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Monofonto_Medium.fnt ;sFontFile_4=Textures\Fonts\Monofonto_VeryLarge02_Dialogs2.fnt sFontFile_4=Textures\Fonts\DarN_Sui_Generis_Otl_10.fnt sFontFile_5=Textures\Fonts\Fixedsys_Comp_uniform_width.fnt ;sFontFile_6=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Monofonto_VL_dialogs.fnt sFontFile_6=Textures\Fonts\DarN_Sui_Generis_Otl_13.fnt ;sFontFile_7=Textures\Fonts\Baked-in_Monofonto_Large.fnt sFontFile_7=Textures\Fonts\DarN_Libel_Suit_Otl_24.fnt sFontFile_8=Textures\Fonts\Glow_Futura_Caps_Large.fnt sFontFile_9=Textures\Fonts\NVFont_Test.fnt edit: I a tard :hurr:
Dan3345
hmm I tweaked the [Fonts] but mine did not look like that so I will copy and paste that try. Edit: I rephrase that mine is exactly that, and still nothing. I am only editing the fallout.ini and not preferences so I will try that as well. Gribbleshnibit8
Are you editing the fallout_default.ini file in the fallout new vegas directory in your steam folder? That's the one that matters.
