Serious Problem T T

So Heres the breakdown, I have had oblivion ever since it has come out and ever since this stupid Patch, My charater is vulkin up. My most serious problem Is that she keeps walking backwards slowly, And when i try to move foreward, She Looks as if shes moving in slow motion, This is Very annoying. If anyone could help me I will Consider them god because i cant even play oblivon anymore ;-;

Using any mods? They can sometimes cause conflicts with patches. And which patch ar eyou using?
