how to decapitate in the toolset

Hi, I like making movies with the toolset but there's a problem I'm facing right now, how do I make a headless human in a cutscene, I found a mmh file in the game files named

"hm_hed_dcpa_0.mmh" which is of a neck without a head, how do I add it to a human or an elf or whatever

Well, I tried to replace Alistair's head with Duncan's (a morph with loose hair made by me) then saved it as hm_genfl_alistair.mor in the override folder, but Alistair had turned into a headless knight -.-
