Darn UI is most likely to cause this as it directly affects those menus. You should fully uninstall Darn, then manually verify all of it's assets are no longer in your \Data Directory before reinstalling it. This kind of problem usually occurs because the older version and the newer version are incompatible and you didn't fully uninstall the older one before installing the newest one.

I've found that sometimes uninstalling an OMOD through OBMM leaves traces of the mod behind. The best way to make sure everything is gone, for most mods, is to keep a copy of the original archive for the mod and manually verify everything in the archive is no longer in your \Data directory after deactivating the OMOD.
