All changes in the first set of notes and GECK will be considered pre-alpha. I am currently looking for people who have experience with NV, as well as each individual DLC. I need feedback on the modified values, as well as input prior to changing them. I want to get this balancing mod done soon, so I would appreciate a serious offer of help. Your job is not going to be to mod, just play-testing, data feedback and consultation. Basically the mod will attempt to lower the value of everything. Bottlecaps will be a lot harder to come by, but still easier than Fallout3. I found that getting 10k by level 10 without cheating wasn't fun at all, and that it needed to change. Things like fire rate, spread, damage, condition (health), weight, ammo capacity, vats to-hit chance, crit multiplier, action point usage, crit damage, types of ammo used, projectile speed, mod bonuses, etc., will be modified for each individual gun, as well as DT, DR, etc., for armors to attempt to bring the game to a healthier level of balance.
