MasterFroglicker Posted August 13, 2011 Share Posted August 13, 2011 Hi, Im new to modding and would like to know if the addperk function can be used to add perks to all npcs globally. I kno it can be used for one actor at a time with the respective reference IDs, but is there a way to use it to work with multiple/all actors with a single string? pretty much im interested in making a mod that'd slowdown weapon drawing and reloading via perks, but want to make sure it effects npcs as well as the player. I'd also rather not have to edit or include an entry for every type of actor that can wield a gun. of course there's probably also an easier way that im completely overlooking as well so any nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Changing those two game settings would change reload speeds globally.
