Back to old world blues

Not sure if it's requested and if the request is already taken care of, but couldn't find anything.

I used a mod so that I could continue after the final Dam quest, however my OWB Transporter became broken as it will only say:

The device only works when you're in the exteriors of the Mojave Wasteland or Big Mountain. Certain Locations in the Mojave will still prevent teleportation, however.'

as if it still thinks I'm busy with the final quest.

Is there some way to get this fixed or to get a work around, so that I once again can fast travel to OWB?

Can't use the console, using Windows 7. need to demolish some drivers before I can use it, however they install themselves after every computer restart, so it's a bit much work to have a quick go into OWB.

tnx for the reply anyway.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate, my console works just fine.

if you're really stuck, it wouldn't be hard to make a special variant on the teleporter gun or somesuch which will teleport you there without any limitations...or heck, just a door somewhere in the mojave.

For the console I got this problem:

If you cannot pull up the console, check Control Panel - Device Manager - Keyboards for Microsoft home MCIR devices. These interfere with the Tilde (console) key. Remove these devices and restart Fallout New Vegas. You should now be able to enter console mode. Also works for Fallout 3.

I can remove them, but it'll always re-install after a start-up from the computer.

speaking of that door of yours, I downloaded a mod a while ago that allowed me back into Dead-Money, something like that for OWB would be brilliant.
