Adding custom items to a mod

Hello,

currently i'm working on a big mod. the first full release of terran vampires ( http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/410370-terran-vampires-revived/page__p__3391400__hl__%2Bterran+%2Bvampires+%2Brevived__fromsearch__1#entry3391400 ),

however the guy who loaded the custom meshes and textures into the mod quit a long time ago so i decided to tackle the problem.

since i couldn't fihure out how to do this by screwing around or googling i'm now turning to the forum thus my question:

could anyone explain to me how to load a custom armor from the mesh and texture into my esp?

this would realy help us out.

kind regards,

Urko and the current Terran Vampires team

Hey,

Firstly, you should place the meshes/textures into the folder, where you'd like to have them (for example: data/meshes/TerrranVampires) Then open the nif files via nifscope, and check if their texture path is correct, if it's not, change it.

Now open CS, load your esp and go to armor tab. There you can right click and select new, or open an already existing armor.

If you go with the first one then:

1. Make the stats, name, set everything as you want.

2. Click on "select nif file" or something like this (if you have CS extender then it's on the right) and navigate to your nif file. Also you have to select a world model, which is most of times has _gnd ending. And lastly select an icon for it.

If you go with the second one then:

1. Change its name (also editor name) and change the stats as you want.

2. Do the same as 1/2.

I hope this helps :P Good luck.
