Help with mods

Hi there, I'm very new to computers so please humour me I'm a hard time getting pretty much any mods to work, the first two mods I tried I've got working, these are Book Shelver and Rezmod Maniquins but any since have not worked, these are...

 

Cheydinal Petshop 1.7 - This just crashes the computer if I try going into the area where the petshop is meant to be and there is a large exclamation mark in Cheydinal near the South gate.

 

Dwemmer Spectacles - I can buy them fine from the jeweller but when I put them on theres nothing on my character and I've tried them all on.

 

Budoka asian Race - I start a new game and select this race but thers no face in the character setup screen and if I just pick the one selected and start the game my charcter has no head, body or legs only hair, eyes, teeth and hands.

 

The Han asian Race - Same as above but it only effects the head with only eyes, teeth and hair showing.

 

Akiviri Kojima - Japanese Huts - I can quick travel to the island fine and the terrain is fine but there are no buildings only several exclamation marks dotted about and several of the animals are floating in the sky.

 

Alexander Wings - I can find the two chests fine and pick up the wings but when I put them on theres nothing there.

 

I originally put all the white square files (remember I'm very new to this and I don't know what these files are called) directly into my data folder which worked fine for the first two mods but not the others, then I tried opening the rar files directly into my data folder and still no joy, then I tried putting the all the texture files into one texture folder and so on for meshes etc and still no luck and finally I tried downloading the Mod Manager but can make no sense of the instructions, its full of jargon that I have no clue about ( they should really make their instruction more clear for newbies like me).I've also been in contact with the only person that replied to my PMs and he has been trying his best to help me nothing he suggests seems to work.

I've even redownloaded the files again as he suggested.

 

Am I missing something here as others seem to have no problem with these mods and most of these mods have 10/10 on them.
