hiyaku06
so i just got fallout 3 goty and installed it and it ran fine for awhile with a couple of mods then after awhile the fps started to dip all the way down to 7 or thats what fraps was reading. so i tried setting the graphics down to low to see if it would help and it did nothing fps was still at 7. i have tried everything i could find online to improve fps such as the large address thing , update video card drivers, latest patch and blah blah blah, but they all had no effect on the fps. so i tried to do a fresh install and try a new save. now the game plays like its on fast forward on low, high or ultra high setting with no mods on and when i tried installing a few mods at a time to see any problems it did not change at all. setgs fmoverunmult 4 does nothing. animations all play fast and it getting really annoying i dont get mad a lot but this game is changing that. i also tried my old save and it for some reason still had the low fps problem.oblivion plays perfect on my computer and i also have arma 2 which also plays fine on medium to high graphics setting with 20 - 50 npcs blowing each other up on screen so i doubt this has anything to do with my graphics card. ive search all the fourms and google for a solution and it seems google has turn its back on me this time. my computer specs are -intel core i5 650 @ 3.20 ghz-8 gigs of ram-windows 7 64 bit-ATI Radeon HD 5570 1 gig ram Edited August 15, 2011 by hiyaku06
