Think this mod exists but not sure...

Could have sworn I've seen a mod somewhere that alters the appearance of the mage guild portals. Not sure if I really saw it posted on the web or if it was only a dream.

 

There were several modded portals in the mod including one with a smiley face and another with a brightly colored spiral pattern.

On the download page for the mod, the modder said thier mod could replace the in-game portals and/or be used as a modders resource.

 

There was only one comment posted on the dl page for the mod. Part of the comment read, "...it was a silly and useless mod." If it WAS a dream then I've been spending WAY too much time surfing the web for Oblivion mods. :wacko:

 

But if it was for real and someone else saw it too could you please let me know where it is posted? I don't mind silly and I don't think having funny (or serious) looking options for mage portals is a useless mod. Variety is (nearly always) a good thing.

 

I didn't want to ask the mod detectives until I know for sure if it was a dream or real. Can anyone help clear this up for me? Has anyone else seen this mod?

 

I've requested a mod like this be made (on this forum's mod request page) since I've searched and couldn't find this one. But I haven't given up hope that this mod already exists.
