We could mod the console version of Skyrim by...

OK, so I recently came up with the idea that if Bethsoft put together some kind of extraction program, then we would be able to mod Skyrim for consoles without the use of the construction set.

 

 

Below are a few steps that explain how the program would be used-

I doubt it would be as simple as that, but it's a start, right? Oh, and there would be a link to the download section of the Elder Scrolls website where you can download the default textures and models.

Console isn't as simple as PC. PC must be ported and made so that it is that accessible.

 

Plus, even if that theory were to work, activating and deactivating ESPs and ESMs, plus the constant customisation that you have to go through to fix mod conflicts etc would make it too much trouble to worry about
