Aluminumfoil
So I've fought my way through Oblivion and back, saved Tamriel, and become the greatest mage the world has seen in a hundred years. Unfortunately, it looks like everything else in the world has, too. It's alright, and I like having to keep working on new spells and enchantments to keep my edge against bigger and badder monsters and better trained and equipped humanoids... but at the same time I really would like the ability to wade in and start slinging big powerful magic at ordinary people and monsters like I was encountering at the beginning of the game. Preferably in large numbers, so that I can scythe through them like the all-powerful archmage I am. Is there any mod that does something of this sort? Create a bunch of low-level enemies, and a place in which the player can fight them?
Arturius997
Well, there's the Anti-Extinction mod that stops lower-level creatures from disappearing as you level-up. An easy way of doing this is creating a small worldspace or really large interior space on the CS and fill it with respawning, non-levelled creatures. David Brasher
This mod, Brasher's Oblivion Overhaul, makes it so the monster leveled lists are not leveled. You encounter both Rats and Ogres and everything in between when you are level 1 as well as when you are level 45. It does not increase the number of enemy spawns though.
