Requesting Items for a Mountie Companion

Hello. I've never modded before but I've been reading tutorials and I'm trying to create a companion who will eventually be voiced and have a line of quests associated with him. I can use the GECK to create the character, the quests, and I can create the voice, but I have no idea how to create his weapons and armour and this is what I need help with.

 

He will be a character from RCMP which survived the bombing and became a sort of knightly order dedicaded to protecting survivors from mutants and raiders. (similar to how the US military survived and became the Brotherhood of Steel)

 

I need someone to make me a couple of swords, a Webley Mark VI Revolver and a Mountie uniform based on the following pictures.

I need two swords. His backstory is that he is an intiate to this Knightly Order of Mounties and to join an intiate must prove themselves by going on a quest. In this guy's case he must find a sword that was stolen from his family. I'm going to give him an upgrade quest like the ones for Boone and Veronica. So when he first joins you he will have an ordinary sword but when you complete his upgrade quest he will find his heirloom sword which will replace his original sword.

The total length of both swords would be a little over 3 feet (about half the height of the character). I don't want to make them too big as they are supposed to be one handed sabers not great big claymores

 

 

If there is anyone here who knows how to do this and has the time I would be extremely greatful, and if I can get some help I promise the community a great new mod. Thank you.
