MrBojanggles Posted August 16, 2011 Share Posted August 16, 2011 So, I have been playing Fallout 3 for a long time now and been downloading mods, I know how to edit weapons in the G.E.C.K , but there is a thing I would still like to do. That is be able to skin my own mods and I don't know how to do that. For exampe: Say I wanted to make a Fallout versions of the SCAR-H from Modern Warfare 2. I have no clue how to make the Fallout version look similar to the one in Modern Warfare 2. Can someone tell me about a program or help me please?
