Korodic
From what I understand, mark for delete get's rid of objects only meant to be used for just a little bit. To not weigh down on performance. Well I have a quest that you can only get to one time. Can I possibly just mark the entire cell for deletion at the quest completion? (which is outside of the cells that I would want deleted)
TheTalkieToaster
No. MarkForDelete is designed to run on references. A cell is not a reference.
Korodic
Is there any way to clear a cell than to rid a save of storing the useless data from it??
Glenstorm
Is there any way to clear a cell than to rid a save of storing the useless data from it?? If the cell isn't too big, then there is no point going to the trouble of deleting all the stuff in it by script or xmarker. You could simply stop the quest/destroy the door to the cell etc.. when the cell has served its purpose. It won't take that much space in the save game. Korodic
Ah well that's good then. I'm just trying to be as game-friendly as possible. EDIT: Do you have any tips other than markfordelete on how I could achieve this? Besides not creating unnecessary duplicate objects?
