(I've been taking screenies with 8x aa and fullscreen supersampling, plus amplified bloom effects. I have had to restart TESIV between each screenshot, though.) There's also an option to change the base name for all screenies, and one to change the screenshot index (the number at the end of each picture's file name), which goes up by 1 each time you take a picture, so the filenames are always unique.
