load order help

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for some help with my load order. I'm having issues with some lights, they seems to flicker off and on as I get close to them.

It doesnt happen with all lights, but its very noticeable. I'm thinking it's probably a load order issue.

 

I just did a complete reinstall of oblivion and all my mods, didnt fix it. I also have tried to use the wrye bash tweaks 'No light flicker' and 'Light fade value fix'.

 

EDIT: With further testing, it seems it may actually be a problem with a weather mod affecting lights? As under some weather conditions the lights dont flicker, in fact they are always off.

Before I reinstalled I had Enhanced Weather and not All Natural, and I experienced this bug with both.

 

I have better cities (FPS patches installed).

This is a known issue with OBGE - Liquid Water.

 

This thread contains information on a possible fix. I don't use Liquid Water and haven't tried the suggested fix, but I hope it helps.
