Unable to see scope on brush gun with WMX

The first problem that I am having is the 3d model on the brushgun doesn't show a scope when I attach one eventhough its part of WMX.

The next problem is that I cannot add the Long Tube Barrel to the brush gun for some reason eventhough it says its attachable according to Project Nevada - WMX.esp. I'm guess it has something to do with my load order, but I don't understand why this is happening. Expanded weapons comes after Project Nevada Equipment, then the patches and my own 2 mods.

 

If I understand the load order setup correctly. You put the most important gameplay mods near the top and then the clothing, quests, armors, companions in the middle and finally the patches, then your own mods after.

 

Redid my whole install after reaching new vegas and crashing constantly everytime I entered freeside or everytime I went torwards lucky 38.

I got rid of all the companion mods, the sunglasses mod, the stealth recon armor mod, the chinese stealth suit mk2 mod, the dragonskin tactical clothing mod, and anythingelse that was installed.

 

I'm not quite sure what happened, but I would save a game, exit. Return to the game and as soon as I would exit primm casino it would crash or it would wait until I looked at my weapons inventory, then crash eventhough no mods were removed or changed. Finally I restarted a new game and this time around I made it to new vegas, then when I entered freeside it crashed. If I disabled nevada skies 3.1 I could make it all the way to the entrance. After getting to the next point I re-enabled nevada skies, but it crashed 10-15 seconds after loading for some reason. I dumped all my mods and ran falloutnv.esm completely by itself and it did the same thing for no reason.

 

I should note that when I was entering freeside the following companions were following me....

Me (Hunting Shotgun), Boone (Anti-Material Sniper), Willow (10mm SMG), Wendy (10mm SMG), Sunny (10mm SMG), and Veronica (10mm SMG).

 

My next steps were to try all of the fixes that I could find thru google about new vegas.

Finally I read that you need to clean your registry, reinstall the newest drivers (wiped out all old drivers and reinstalled all new drivers including a brand new set of directx redist), and defrag

Today I installed the following Advanced System Care 4 (Found no errors), CCleaner (Clean), Glary Utilities (281 registry errors fixed) - Thurough defrag both thru windows 7 defragger and advanced system defragger.

 

The game appears to be much smoother now, but I am experiencing a problem with the WMX brush gun for some reason.

 

I need some help, making sure that my load order is properly setup and that nothing conflicts with anything.

 

When I try BOSS for the load order I get this

Neither way allows me to see the scope attached to my rifle in 3rd person or 1st person view. Also I can't attach the long barrel no matter which two of these load orders that I use.

 

When I right click I've got a scope, but I don't see this based on what the mod offers.
