zorakkk
Hey, thanks in advance for any help offered. im running a pretty modest machine. The game itself runs smooth enough (for me atleast) after some ini tweaks regarding the preload mem cache etc, get about 30-40 fps. My problem is frequent, every 30 mins CTD's during a loading screen, more commonly associated with loading a save game, but sometimes travelling between cells also. Intel pentium D 3.00 Ghz2Gb RamNvidia Gigabyte 512 Mb 8400 gsrunning with 30gb free Hdd space. My Current Load order is; [X] Fallout3.esm[X] EnhancedChildren.esm[X] AliciasCuteShop.esm[X] FalloutNV.esm[X] DeadMoney.esm[X] HonestHearts.esm[X] OldWorldBlues.esm[X] ClassicPack.esm[X] MercenaryPack.esm[X] TribalPack.esm[X] AWorldOfPain(Preview).esm[X] MoMod.esm[X] Brahmin Bess.esm[X] CaravanPack.esm[X] NSkies URWLified.esm[X] NVR - Extra Actions Lib.esm[X] Sexout.esm[X] CASM.esp[X] NVR - Extra Actions Toggle - Walk.esp[X] AWSW.esp[X] pnv.esp[X] Kaya47NordicWeapons.esp[X] bzArmour.esp[X] bzBodySuits.esp[X] dressup.esp[X] Nidaoutfitv1.esp[X] NVLadyoutfit1.esp[X] Realistic Power Armor.esp[ ] Gully The Ghoul.esp[X] Tailor Maid - NV.esp[X] NVR - Lock Bombing.esp[X] UsableCigarettes neunen Ver for New Vegas.esp[X] AliciasCuteShopDoorOverride.esp[ ] Mobile_Bus.esp[X] RFCW_RivetCityFix.esp[X] RFCW_PerkFix.esp[X] CapitalTravelPoint.esp[X] RFCW_VegasTravelPoint.esp[X] RFCW_fix112crash.esp[X] RFCW_fixRCcrash.esp[X] RFCW_MiscItems.esp[X] RFCW_Campfires.esp[X] RFCW_StaticToMisc.esp[X] RFCW_PreWarBooksYearling.esp[X] RFCW_Minorfix.esp[X] RFCW_RoomCrashFix.esp[X] RFCW_MegatonFix.esp[X] RFCW_WeaponsAndArmor.esp[X] RFCW_Ingestibles.esp[X] RFCW_Ingestibles_FO3Edit.esp[X] RFCW_musicfix.esp[X] RFCW_SuperMutantFix.esp[X] RFCW_Maks WorldSpace Weather fix for Requiem.esp[X] RFCW_DuplicatePerksFix.esp[X] RFCW_RoomCrashFixNew.esp[X] RFCW_Crafting.esp[X] FO3Musicfix.esp[X] RFCW_NewGame.esp Before you point out (don't let it stop you im sure it's valid) that i have a few gameplay/script edited mods in there, i have to say the load order worked very well as it is there minus the DLC's. The problem seemed to start happening around when i installed Honest hearts. Personally i don't think RFTCW or COTW are the culprits. Any help/ suggestions would be appreciated before I have to reinstall. That'll be a long process getting it back to where it is, to test it again. Deathraker
Save your game.Quit.Disable all mods (inc. DLCs) so you just have vanilla. Then put the DLCs back in and see what happens from there.Try only disabling honest hearts to see if it really IS the problem. That's all I can think of short of re-installing, but I'm afraid this will only diagnose it, not fix it.Sorry, but it's all the help I can come up with. Thanks, I found reversing my Ini tweaks improved stability but reduced my performance. Still not stable enough though, time for full reinstall. Either that or i think my system my just be too short on memory, pcb'ing seems to keep it down a little.
Deathraker
Are you using an nVidia graphis card? Or try running on fewer processors. I had similar problems with FO3

Dan3345
Yeah I have to comment on how weird this game engine is, I had it threaded to use four of my six cores, and it made the game very unstable, set it back to two cores and it was fine again.. No improved performance from adding the two threads either, not that I am having performance issues to begin with.. Hopefully fallout 4 and skyrim will be on less finicky game engines. Although I think skyrim has a new engine built from the ground up, or so I heard.
Deathraker
If you still have problems, which I don't think you should after this, then just google: New Vegas constant freezes and look at the official blog, forums etc. and work your way through the solutions until you find one that works. The fix above worked for my FO3 game ages ago.

Skyrim will use the Creation engine created in house by BethSoft, and its rumored that Fallout 4 will use the same engine. that is, if you believe The Vault, Fallouts wiki site....
