AltreU Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 There are stationary boats in the game, but I'm sure Todd said at one point that you can't use any as transportation. They do have a good few channels that boats could go through, but I don't think they span all the way through Skyrim. In the lore, trade by boat is popular in Northern Skyrim I think.
