DonnySN Posted August 18, 2011 Share Posted August 18, 2011 Can someone make regular tattoos (usable for city elves/humans) usable for Dalish elves (and for that matter cut out all the restrictions) Been scouring the internet high and low, looking through forums, websites, google and can't find a mod that does this simple thing. Please help, want to get started on a new file but I refuse to do until i get the character options i want. (I'm stubborn that way) Can anyone help?
