NPC's Missing In Game?!?!

Yes, many NPCs that are roaming the streets, there are no more, and then weird problems like we saw more people in the streets like Chorrol, Bravil, Skingrad etc. ... (Imperial City there are) now see a lot of guards, poor or some NPC.

The Better Cities was all messed up (before it was all to perfection), I placed the Imperial City, and everything.

When I walked into an inn or house all cities (except IC​​) is messed up, so I have tried to "Close Better Cities" and "Disable Wall Watcher," and now I have this problem, but if I go to Bruma, a few doors float homes.

you used it complete?, sometimes the updates fix bugs like that, altough i dunno why people want to change textures of buildings when changing textures of races is funnier, just kidding, i saw better cities, never used it, i think oblivion cities are beautiful as they already are, i do not want them to look like resident evil 5 villages in bravil case, textures do not make things like that happen, it is the .esp order the thing you need to have in mind, try using wrybash to begin your game, it does help when one mod conflicts with others, fixed some stuff on my load order, because it always marks what mods should go with others when you select them, textures never bug your game unless they come with an .esp that adds extra stuff, like if you see doors floating in the sky it was the building having a second floor and balcony not added by the mod you installed sometimes...and needs others... always read the description, it says what mods you need for the one you downloading to work
