Strange needs rates (hunger, thirst, sleep)

I have strange needs rates (hunger, thirst, sleep) when I load a saved game.

 

I started to have strange needs rates, while gaming I am havving about +4 H2O per game hour with timescale 4 (I played with this timescale forever using Arwen Realism Tweak Mod and never had a problem), all other hungry and sleep rates are also affected.

For instance if I set timescale of 8 I have H2O + 22,

timescale of 10 H2O + 6

timescale of 15 H2O +38

timescale of 17 H2O +35

timescale of 30 H2O + 22

 

Than after playing few hours I saved the game, than loaded only to discover my needs were incredible high, nearly died of thirsty. I figured out my game got messed so I reinstalled the game. I installed game to be exactly same as I made last save. I did few fresh install of the game with DirectX and C++ included. It didnt help. Now no matter what version of game or mods, nvse, fomm, etc I use.... No metter what timescale i use.. my needs only work properly while sleeping, waiting, fast travelling or while in game console menu. Or If I star the new game, saved games after that works good. And if I reinstall the game again those saved games still works good but all saved games from first intall has that needs issue.

1. I thought my FNV was messed up while testing some Nevada Skies MOD that chenges timescale, but it turns out to be out of question as i use new game install without this MOD and loading saved game before I installed this.

2. Than I thought my PC got somehow corrupted as I had "BSOD" about month ago. I repaired WinXP using "CHKDSK/R". I also ran AVAST Free Antivirus boot scan and I figured "Win32 Cnsmin" virus infection. Not sure if it could do such a think to my game or saves. BTW all my saves are dated (creation and change) correctly.

 

I spend already a weak trubleshoting it. I didnt find any relevant forum to needs rates so I am posting new. And hoping someone can give me some clue. Maybe someone with a knowledge of the game mechanics can give me a clue how does those needs work so I can investigate more. I would be very gratefull, please...

 

I am currently working on de-viruse completly my PC. I am going to try Fallout Save Editor. If neither works last attemt will be clear HD and reinstall WinXp, etc.

 

Problem still ocures if I use FNV without any updates and mods installed but give conprehensive info: All my saves I load with mentioned issue were made with:

FNV was v1.2.0.352, ArwenRealismTweak v 1.9., NVSE 1beta7, FOMM 0.13.21, installed DirectX9C and C++ from FNV, NET Framework v.2sp2, WinXP SP2.

My load order was (Fallout,DeadMoney,DarnifiedUI,ArwenRealismCore,ArwenHardcore,ArwenEncumbrance,ArwenCamera).

Im still working on it and will post if I get my old saves working.
