I'm liking using billboards in the area, but the game only has so many vanilla billboards (and even less that can be taken out of the New Vegas context). If anyone has any idea how to use these (http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13175) or can make new billboards, I would be very grateful.
