thebic4 Posted August 19, 2011 Share Posted August 19, 2011 for some reason fallout makes me shoot insanely slow it takes me about 10-15 seconds to empty a clip on a 10mm. And i have to hold the mouse button down till it shoots. my mouse is fine i have had 3 different mice every one acts the same and i have download the latest drives for it. BUT if i play counter strike or half life i can fire pistols without a problem taking lag out of the question. melee is almost worthless due to the fact that by the time i swing he move or he is moving melee take at least 2 seconds please help me!
