If you're looking for some just armor then try TGs Armor Collection for New Vegas (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35740), Tailor Maid NV (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36660), and Satchels (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35904). Tailor Maid and Satchels are more or less build-your-own-armor mods using bits and pieces of Vanilla Armors, but there is enough stuff between the two of them(And there is a LOT of stuff in both of them) to decent custom armor sets. If you want some power armors then try Vault-Tec Power Armor (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41279), T-57c Air Force Power Armor (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37261), and T49XV Colossus (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=42756) are all some of the best looking ones out there.
