TES4 & SI People are disappearing

TES4 & SI....I believe I have begun to encounter the A-bomb effect in my game. I have approx. 300 hours in-game, and now every once in a while people disapper. They're still standing there, I can talk to them, check inventory....they're just invisable. Any fix for this ??? Other than a complete reload. Addendum: This is only affecting Bretons and very few Imperials

 

Okay, I figured this part out on my own (092807); it appears that this happens only when I re-enter the lands of Cyrodiil wearing clothing from SI. If I take off the Robes of Sheogorath, the Staff of Sheogorath and even down to the Lord of Dementia ring; everyone comes back; if I wear even one thing from SI, they're gone again (this still only affects Bretons and Imperials). If I stay in the Mages robes or anything from Cyrodiil and re-enter SI; everythings fine, no disappearences. Now, I have to sort through what is causing this from SI. I thought ( as in my earlier text this was the A-bomb rearing its ugly head); doesn't seem to be that. I've checked all my mods, this happens with mods on or off. Since, I'm not sure anyone has even read this post, no replies; I put this out there as a general knowledge type of entry. If you encounter this, try this approach; see if it works for you.
