First thing I'm doing is going to a lake out in the middle of nowhere and fishing for slaughterfish with a dagger in my skivvies D:<, or any other water based life. Because that book is 160 years before Skyrim. So why wouldn't Skyrim, which is in a civil war, have a faction of Mages that call themselves the College of Winterhold?
