Normal Mapping blooddecal.dds

I recently discovered just how great normal mapping can make things look and I immediately modified my Deadly Reflex textures. I added some fallout textures, mixed some fallout textures with deadly reflex, changed up some deadly reflex textures and normal mapped everything. I than thought it would be cool to have the blood reflect light with the help of a normal maps. I know that Oblivion doesn't normally allow for the blood which appears on the ground to have glossy surfaces and was wondering if anyone knows how to. I have already tried generating a normal map for it and added the _n to the name just to make sure it doesn't work (which it didn't). If anyone knows anything about mapping this specific texture I would really appreciate it :sweat: .

never mind, I guess a model would have to be spawned with the texture on it for a normal map to work like this so I guess it isn't possible to work the way I like. Thanks anyways :tongue:
