Some textures turning grey when I look at them from certain angles

OSR is not the cause, it is also a different problem from this. The original problem had to do with a shader getting f***ed up. The yellow meshes problem is a vanilla bug and cannot be truly fixed. OSR is simply a mod that makes it worse. I have experienced it on console

I've expencied this for this first time at Kvatch only, which was today and last month: some objects from the buildings where grey.

At first I've thought it would be Weather - All Natural.

So... does anyone have a solution to this?

Oblivion Stutter Remover causes orange/grey textures on the ship at the mouth of the Panther. If you remove that mod, the texture issue no longer occurs.
