My character running slowly

Cant really explaion it. Im running normally and then if i turn around or something my character starts running in slow mo and so is the world around me. My legs are not crippled, im not carrying to much and i switched the run/walk button from caps to the shift button. (Walking: not holding shift Running: holding shift) I have Project Nevada so before you say "its because shift is the sprint button" ive already disabled that. Any ideas?

project nevada has a feature where backpedaling slows you down when youre moving backwards. appears that it also affects you when youre moving forward as well. try disabling this feature and see if it fixes it for you

yea ive disabled that to. more happened since i posted this, its like the whole world is slowed down. soooo....
