Tranquility Lane crashes

Hello

 

When I enter the Tranquility Lane the game crashes during loading screen. I have restarted game, computer etc. but nothing helps.

 

 

 

I got Fallout 3 goty (steam) on Windows Vista 32bit.

Marts Mutants Mod

Broken Steel

Point lookout

Anchorage

ThePitt

Fallout3

Zeta

dD Enhanced Blood Main

Many Marts Mutants things except master menu module

 

I got two companions, dogmeat and charon (bugged, http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/422886-companion-bugged/)

 

EDIT

Finally after many many pages in google, I found out that marts mutants + live iguanas in inventory crash it....
