Tranquility Lane CTD

Hello, I've been playing the story with quite a few mods in my load list, and my game always CTD whenever I enter the Tranquility Lane simulation.

 

Please tell me if any of my downloaded mods are causing the trouble or if I should do something to fix these crashes.
