CorporalDude
Hi, i have connected a termal to a door, but i only want that termianl to be able to open it (no lockpicking). Does anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks
Cipscis
There should be a script that you can attach to your door that is already set up, which doesn't allow actors (including the player) to activate the door directly, and shows a "This door is activated elsewhere" type message when the player attempts to activate it. If I remember correctly, the script's name is something like "DoorRemoteOpenSCRIPT". Cipscis
caramellcube
Thanks for the posts, I'd solved the same problem by setting the lock level to unpickable, but this looks much more professional.

Both make the door opened elswhere. I cant however make the terminal open the door :wallbash: Know of another script? Thanks
caramellcube
have you tried using a SetOpenState command in the terminal?http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/SetOpenStateI don't think the terminal even needs to be connected to the door for this to work, as long as the door is a persistent reference with a unique ID.
