File temporarily unavailable

I uploaded a new version ( 4.8 ) of Basic Primary Needs and it keeps saying:

 

File temporarily unavailable

 

This file has only recently been uploaded to the site. The file server normally takes between 30 - 60 minutes to update with new files so please try downloading this file again after an hour has passed.

 

I've tried uploading it using different filenames and waited easily the time mentioned, but the message remains. Any suggestions?

I'm getting that same message every time i try to download HUD Status Bars' latest update.

I experienced the same with another mod. Whenever I wanted to download it I got this message. And now I'm above the limit of 50 tries and still the file isn't downloaded on my hard drive. I contacted the Tesnexus team some minutes ago and asked for help.

I read in the comments to recent news article that one should try it with another browser like the Comodo Dragon Internet Browser but I read this too late, unfortunately.

To add to my previous message, I've now tried uploading using both Internet Explorer and Firefox and the issue remained. Also, when uploading I get the following message:

 

This web site needs a different Google Maps API key. A new key can be generated at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html

 

Edit: I tried uploading the file as a zip file, rather than 7z file and also made no difference and have now run out of ideas.

Just thought I would mention I'm again getting the ''File temporarily unavailable'' error message, but now with version 4.9.
