jwb4707 Posted December 12, 2003 Posted December 12, 2003 Hey All, I advanced to grandmaster in the Morong Tong before I finished the webspinner quest, is there a console command to reset my level before the jerk retires and dissapears? THANX :(
cmac Posted December 13, 2003 Posted December 13, 2003 There is a command to lower/raise your faction level with in a guild, but in your case, it would not help you. I hope you have completed all the quests from Hlaalu, because once you're Grandmaster, you have the option to battle him in the Arena, or let him step down and retire. The retirement sequence is based on Journal entries AND your rank, so just editing your rank will not help. If you have already told him he can retire, or that you will battle him, then reload an old game.

cmac Posted December 13, 2003 Posted December 13, 2003 and what the hell dose Hlaalu have to do with the Morag Tong grandmaster? Well, for starters, Eno Hlaalu is the current Grandmaster of the Morag Tong. He is the one who gives you all the "special duties.'
DragoonFurey Posted December 13, 2003 Posted December 13, 2003 I R Confused, your saying eno is a quest giver for the great house and the morag tong?
Stormscape Posted December 13, 2003 Posted December 13, 2003 layman's terms:Some Dunmer have last name Hlaalu. Some people have middle name Telvanni.Observe Eno Hlaalu; Morag Tong GrandmasterTelvanni Hordalf Xyr in the horror of castle xyr.
Marxist ßastard Posted December 13, 2003 Posted December 13, 2003 Only when the house name is in front of one's name does it actually mean membership in a house. Names such as "Serjo Indoril Hanarai Assurdirapal" still count, as "Serjo" is simply another prefix.
