spinspider
I made a mod for a summonable Will o the Wisp companion. It works absolutely perfectly, all of the scripting is fine and everything works great in game. The only thing is, the Wisp isn't following me right. I'll summon it and tell it to follow me, and it does, but once I get out into the wilderness and start running continuously over long distances it'll disappear from behind me. I stop and it doesn't show up so I have to summon it again. I have it set to follow me quite closely, should I maybe make it a little closer? It moves very fast but once I start sprinting, it stops running after me, and it just fades away and disappears. Any suggestions about how I may remedy this? Or are Will-o-the-Wisps' just not a very good choice for companions? (sadly for my magic man, I suspect I may need to try a different creature.) :( Edited August 25, 2011 by Lehcar
Goldenhaze80
You may have already checked, but does the wisp have its "energy" under the AI tab set to 100?
spinspider
No, I think it's only 50-70. What does that do?
Goldenhaze80
No, I think it's only 50-70. What does that do?Makes it so your creature/npc doesn't get tired following you at full tilt :)
